Send small image files as email attachments to

Files up to about 2Mb will probably get to us via email. If your image file is too large to be sent by email, it can be sent via an external file transfer service. Fill in the details below and we'll email you instructions on how to do this.

Alternatively send larger image files by post on a CD or DVD to the address below.

We can accept most file formats, including JPEGs, TIFFs, PNGs and PDFs. If sending a JPEG, please save it at the highest quality setting (lowest compression). We can work with RGB or CMYK files so send whichever you prefer. RGB files are smaller so you can fit more on a CD.
